Kia Ora Room 14 I see you will be having fun this week learning about NZ birds. One of my favourite birds is the Whio, a native NZ duck. It lives in fast flowing rivers and you can also see it's picture on our $10 note. Kia ora Room 14, I hope you are all doing well in your bubbles. Wow, there are a lot of exciting activities to choose from. Last night I heard a tui, so I went outside to investigate. The tui was sitting in my neighbour's tree singing a beautiful song. What a fantastic experience! Has anyone seen or heard a bird in their backyard? Kia pai tō rā. (Have a good day.)
