Term 4 Week 3 - Tokelau Language Week

 Mālō ni 

We have been practising Athletics on Tuesday afternoons. We had fun doing some sprints, sack race, hurdles and long jump. 

Term 4 Week 2 Niuean Language week

 We have been learning some Greetings and facts about Niue.

We continue to enjoy Play Based Learning on Fridays and are trying lots of different things.

Te wiki o te reo Maori.

 We enjoyed listening to stories in Te Reo maori, learning actions words by playing Simon says in Te Reo and answering the question Kei te pehea koe? (How are you?)

Week 8 & 9 Counting Cubes and Discovery

 In maths we have been doing some problem solving and learning about grouping numbers in 2's, 3's and 5's.

Week 7 - Animals & Room on a Broom

 This week we have been looking at the picture book Room on a Broom. We have been playing with the characters and retelling the story. There also was an opportunity to create something based on the book - we are still working on these.

Our study of animals also continues. We have looked at different Mammals such as Pandas, Cats, and Wolves.
