We had a really interesting week this week. We learnt lots about the problems of plastic in the ocean and how we can help. We went for a walk around Oakley Creek to pick up rubbish to stop it getting into the Creek our drains and finally the Ocean. Here is a picture of a drain showing how rubbish ends up here and all the rubbish we collected.
We were very lucky this week when Mrs Johns bought us the baby quails to see. We also learnt a lot about quails. Dolores and Mose did an awesome job explaining what they had been learning with Mrs Johns.
Congratulations to our class certificate winners - Arai and Alisha. Also well done to Mose & Dolores who got certificates from Ms Landall.
